Inteligent design...?
I just watched a show on the animal planet about a bacteria that nests in an ants brain, paralyzingthe ant, but then somehow controling its motor functions in such a way that it climbs out onto the end of a blade of grass where it can be eaten by bunnies. In a rabbit liver it grows into a tape worm where it lays eggs which are later digested by snails. It lodges itself in a snails breathing cavity, where it causes mucus to be built up around it. the mucus causes the snail to cough the egg back up where it is eaten because yes, you guessed it, snail mucus is an ant's favorite food. and it all begins again.

are there people out there who really think this shit is planned? Some dude's sitting around going 'hey dude pass the bong, I bet I can come up with the most improbable life cycle ever'

Keep in mind, this post might be some sort of reaction to that little essay I just wrote on 'give god a chance.' Uncle Screwtape is sitting on my shoulder...
